I called on 12-18-17 and was directed to the registration office, which I had asked the lady on the phone for the fax number of the department that handles proof of insurance and driving records. She then proceeded to argue with me and tell me this was the wrong department.. I had told her that, that is why I am asking you to direct me to the correct department and she says ok and hung up.
