  DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! they wait to the last minute to do anything. We cant get the water on because of the house didnt past inspection, so we have to wait days to move in. They do not answer the phone, barely replies to emails. Should have read the reviews before renting, they only wanna take your money.

  I moved in an immediately stuff started falling apart. The towel rack was rigged. When I went to put my towel on it ,it fell on the floor. I moved in and found out there is a wasp nest in the chimney. I was told I have to pay to get it removed but that is hundreds of dollars. If I would have known I would have never moved in. I have to pay an exterminator to come every few months and bomb the chimney because they fly around in my house and I have 2 small kids and I am allergic. This is so sad. I wish i could move but can not afford to pay rent there and prorated rent at a new place. I feel trapped.
